Personal Training is what it says: your training is personalized and tailored to your wishes, needs and possibilities. You don't need to go anywhere, the trainer comes to you: to your house or your office, outside or inside, in a fitness centre or even on your travels. Simple, efficient, effective.
Based on your fitness level and your goals, we create a program for you. Not only do you get professional training, but also coaching, support and advice.
All you need to choose is your location; all you need to bring along is the willingness to train with us, and preferably on your own in addition.

How do I choose a Personal Trainer?
There are many Personal Trainers around. The Premium Personal Trainer Club checks and supervises quality, education, communicational and social skills of their members towards their clients to set and keep the highest standards in the field of Personal Training.
Organisations like the EREPS, BPT check qualification, diplomas and list these on their websites. The American College of Sports Medicine has formulated a check list for clients in search of a personal trainer. Using this helps you understand what to look for and how to choose the right trainer for you.
